• $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.
• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.
• No parties or events.
• No pets, No smoking.
• Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floor, and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.
• Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI - Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.
• Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.

Many restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Bike and golf cart rentals are also popular and should be arranged in advance. Host offers discounts with preferred vendors for bikes and beach chair set up.
