We loved the convenience of being able to access the beach, pools, beach club, and this unit without a huge logistical lift. It provided plenty of space for our family of five to relax without feeling cramped. The shaded porch off the master, complete with a porch swing, provided a special hideaway for coffee and reading! • Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community's authorized vendor; quantities are limited.
• Parking: 2 parking passes for our green lot. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided.
• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college students or minors.
• No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets.
• Accessibility: Elevator and stair access.
• Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras may be outside at the front door). The home follows PMI Purify's advanced cleaning protocols.
